HOW TO APPLY

We strongly encourage applications from recent PhDs or outstanding applicants who are within three months of receiving the PhD degree. Applications should include: 1) an application form; 2) a curriculum vitae; 3) official transcripts; 4) a three-page statement of research interests; 5) a one-page personal statement of career goals in public health; and 6) three letters of recommendation.
